1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial services provided by TR GROW LTD (Contact Person: Mr Tariq Nadeem, Address: 26 ARDSHEAL CLOSE WORTHING WEST SUSSEX BN14 7RP, Telephone: +44 7460670799) to business clients.

By engaging our services or instructing work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any accompanying written quotation or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Scope of Services

TR GROW LTD provides digital services including TikTok Shop onboarding, targeted advertising management, Shopify and WooCommerce support, and YouTube growth. Specific milestones, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bespoke setups or audits, an upfront deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may accrue statutory interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, ownership of bespoke ad copy, scripts, and custom digital deliverables transfers to the client. TR GROW LTD retains rights to its pre-existing methodologies, proprietary templates, and operational workflows.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, TR GROW LTD's total aggregate liability arising under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or lost commercial profits resulting from marketplace policy changes or external platform downtimes.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
